Belfast has some of the finest restaurants in Europe, and even if you’re simply looking for a light lunch or a snack whilst out shopping, you’ll be bowled over by the quaity of some of the bars and bistros.

Many of the hotels we visited have excellent restaurants, and around Ulster you’ll find some exciting eateries serving everything from good, traditional English food through to your favourite dishes from the Indian sub continent.

A high proportion of pubs, especially out in the more rural areas, produce terrific menus with a sense of cosmopolitan adventure which goes way beyond the usual expectations of pub food.
